High Performance Products
We currently manufacture and stock vast amounts of High Performance Products to incorporate into our Insulated Glass Units for the Commercial Market.
Low E Glass

Planitherm Total
SGG Planitherm Total is the most advanced of a new generation of low-E products belonging to the SGG Planitherm family. Europe's best selling low-emissivity
(low-E) glass and the UK's market leading offline coating brand.
Developed for the particular needs of the Uk market, SGG Planitherm Total incorporates the very latest advancements in magnetron coating technology from Saint-Gobain Glass to combine many of the processing qualities of traditional hard coat products with the superior performanceand aesthetics of the SGG Planitherm range.
SGG Planitherm Total is a revolutionary range of high performance low-E glass products. The unique coating is the most durable of its kind and completely stable during the tempering process, making it the world's first "single stock" offline coating low-E range for use in annealed or toughened form.

Planitherm Ultra
The advanced aesthetics and superior thermal insulating performance of SGG Planitherm Ultra N provide a new generation of solution for building specifications.
SGG Planitherm Ultra N is remarkably neutral in both transmission and reflection offering exceptional clarity of appearance. This coupled with excellent light transmittance maximises the entry of natural daylight into the building.
Solar Control - Medium
Tints - Bronze, Grey and Green
Tinted glass is available in a choice of colours; Green, Bronze, Grey and Blue. This glass can be used for visual appeal, to reduce glare or where a degree of solar control performance is required. It may be used for exterior and interior applications.
The range of thicknesses available enable glass to be used superior strength, greater spans, reduced deflection, higher daylight transmission and enhanced noise suppression are required. It can also be toughened or laminated and used in Insulated Glass Units.

Antelio
SGG ANTELIO solar control glass is manufactured by an online coating process. Metallic oxides are applied onto clear glass or body-tinted glass during the manufacture of the glass on the float line. The coating gives it a number of properties;- Total integration with the surface of the glass which gives strength and stability over time with excellent Solar control Properties and a reflective appearance.
Solar Control - High

Sunguard HP61 Neutral
Contemporary architecture is notable for its generous use of glass. Homes and offices, flooded with light, play an important role in our quality of life. However, the high degree of transparency can also lead to increases in heat and ultraviolet light. Modern solar control glass such as SunGuard is able to minimise solar energy gain while allowing maximum visible light transmission for virtually any application.

Sunguard Solar + High Selective
Architects and owners regularly choose coated glass products that offer very high natural light transmission while ensuring energy savings and salar protection. SunGuard High Selective products meet these requirements. The multifunctional coating minimises the need for artificial light and have excellent solar protection combined with excellent thermal insulation.

Cool-Lite SKN165 + SKN174
SGG Cool-Lite SKN 165 and SKN 174 are two solar control coatings for use in residential or commercial buildings alike, either for facades or overhead glazing. Due to the unique properties of the coating, they are ideally suited to applications requiring annealed and toughened or heat-strengthened glass.
SGG Cool-Lite SKN 165 & SKN174 balance the advantages of a high performance and very neutral solar control product with:-
- A high light transmission.
- A very low g-value, which reduces solar gain by as much as 50% compared to standard thermally insulating glass.
- An excellent U-value of 1.1W/m2k.
- A high degree of neutrality both in transmission and exterior reflection.
- SGG Cool-Lite SKN165 and SKN 174 can be used to create more comfortable interiors by reducing overheating and the need for costly air conditioning, whilst at the same time noticeably reducing excessive heat loss.

Acoustic

Stadip Silence
SGG Stadip Silence, acoustic laminated glass This is the ideal solution for enhanced insulation against both airborne and impact noise. It provides exceptional levels of sound insulation whilst maintaining the safety and security properties of laminated glass.
Special Laminates

Defence Laminates
Traditional laminated glass is construction using different thickness of float glass bonded together under pressure and heat in an autoclave using a Polyvinyl Butyral film interlayer (PVB) between each piece of glass. With a different interlayer and the introduction of polycarbonate can help achieve different impact results for certain security levels such for bullets, sledge hammers and bomb blasts, etc.

Easy Clean

Bioclean
SGG Bioclean is a self-cleaning glass manufactured by depositing a transparent layer of photocatalytic and hydrophilic mineral material onto clear glass.
The coating, which is integrated into the glass itself, ensures a high level of durability. The mechanical, thermal and acoustic properties os SGG Bioclean are identical to normal glass.
